Our Values
In our restaurant, traditional Galician cuisine comes to life through a contemporary perspective, faithful to its roots and committed to the essence of the product. Our gastronomic proposal is based on absolute respect for raw materials, seasonality and origin, giving prominence to local and seasonal ingredients that reflect the richness of the surroundings.
We believe in an honest cuisine, where each preparation values the km0 philosophy and the direct connection with nearby producers, ensuring freshness, quality, and sustainability. Each dish is an authentic expression of the territory, a celebration of flavor, and of the Galician tradition reinterpreted with sensitivity and balance.
At the forefront of this proposal is Fabián Mouzo, passionate about gastronomy and a strong defender of traditional cuisine. His respect for the traditional recipe book, along with a current and creative vision, gives rise to a culinary experience that excites, connects, and endures in memory.
Our gastronomic proposals
Regarding the restoration, we inform you that our restaurant offers lunch and dinner service with two main options:
Tasting menu (5 courses):
An experience meticulously designed to discover our essence.
- Welcome aperitif, four savory dishes, dessert and bread (drinks not included).
- Price: 45 € per person (VAT included).
- Optional pairing: Wine selection for an additional 30 € per person.
Half board service
(Exclusive for guests)
Includes:
- An appetizer, a main course, dessert, bread service, and coffee (drinks not included).
Price: 30 € per person.
Note: This service must be hired before your arrival at the establishment.
Our Winery
Our cellar, one of the pillars of our proposal, has more than 350 carefully selected references. Galicia is the main protagonist, with a prominent presence of its wines, accompanied by a careful selection of national and international wines.

Preferences, intolerances, and allergies
It is very important that, if any of the diners have any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences, they let us know in advance.
This way we can adapt the menu individually to their needs.

- Lunch: 13:30 to 15:30.
- Dinner: 20:30 to 22:00.
